On this page we will list and describe our different activities.

You do not even have to limit yourself to just swimming!  There are a multitude of exercises that can be undertaken using the resistance of the water or using one of the various floats and other aquatic equipment.
 
Various exercise sheets have been produced to provide ideas for using the equipment, each one targetting a different part of the body.

* Arms



Our staff will be available to give as much help as you require.

Support

We will offer as much, or as little support as you require.
 
For example, we can supply a programme card that allows you to record exactly the exercise undertaken in each session.  The swim gauges on each pool allow a record of the speed you swam, how long you spent swimming and the distance travelled.  You can even have the swim gauge convert your swim to the equivalent number of laps in a conventional pool!
